Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy this beach duplex cottage just one short block to the 
ocean.  Under new ownership and recently renovated.  A 
quiet, treed park with Intracoastal views is across the street. This 
is a great setting for couples and small families!  This cozy, air-
conditioned, Key West-style cottage is equipped with all the 
necessities including recently added new HOT TUB! WI-FI!!
Parasailing, deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, boating, tennis, and 
golfing(World Golf Village and Sawgrass are a short drive away)are 
all possibilities for your days' activities. Or maybe a 
day of antiquing and then dinner at a good restaurant is more your 
style... Either way, you won't have to look far. We are located only 2 1/2 miles from historic St. 
Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Jacksonville is 45 minutes 
away. And it's just a two-hour drive to Orlando. We have an 
additional unit also available for rental, please inquire for 
details.

Quiet, tree-lined neighborhood park directly across the street, with tennis, paddleball

children's play area.

Basic Telephone, Paper Goods Provided 
Full Kitchen: Coffee Maker, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator with Ice

Outside: 4 Person HOT TUB!!, Wood Deck, Gas Grill, Parking is Off-
Street, Walkway-to-Beach; Bicycles(ride at your own risk)
Suitability: Children welcome.  Pets considered with non-refundable 
deposit. Owners curently on premises.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan. to Aug.: $525.00/Weekly plus 9% taxes
Sept. to Dec.: $450.00/Weekly plus 9% taxes Free WI-FI!!
Daily rental considered 3 day min. $80 per night double occupancy, Per extra guest: $20   
Comment: Rates adjusted for special events and holidays.  Monthly 
rates available also; please inquire. Rates subject to change at 
anytime. $200 refundable security/damages deposit (in addition to rates) will hold reservation. 
Cancellations more than 15 days of stay (full refund minus $20 
relisting fee). Cancellations within 15 days of stay(full refund 
except for security deposit). All funds must be received within 15 
days of stay or else secuity deposit will be forfeited and loss of 
reservation.  We accept only U.S.Postal Service money orders and credit 
cards (visa/ mastercard only) by phone. Dogs 25lbs. and under only; $200 non-refundable deposit; dog 
must be 
crated if left unattended.No smoking. Check-in time after 3:00 PM. Check-out time 10:00 AM
