Two story home with Gulf view, located in Surfside Shores subdivision, two minute walk to Gulf beach. Two master bedroom suites with king size beds on main floor. Each bath has double vanities, walk-in closets, and large shower. Upstairs bedroom with twin beds, full bath with tub, and large den. Large covered balcony on third floor; screened-in balcony porch on main floor. On main floor is large, fully equipped kitchen with island and barstools. Large dining area, table seating 8. Living room with fireplace. Immaculately kept and tastefully decorated. Has been owner's personal residence, and not rented often. Located in quiet, low-density subdivision. Dwelling is smoke-free and smoking is strictly prohibited.  Small, well trained,  non-shedding dogs allowed. No cats. Unit is available for snowbird rental Jan. and Feb. 2013 due to last-minute cancellation.

Has 4 TVs, stereo system, phone, two DVD players, VCR. Icemaker, BBQ grill, linens furnished.  Cable TV and Internet provided.  Screen porch is furnished as additional room: has swing, many chairs, eating table for six. Utility room has full size washer/dryer and fold-down ironing board. Outdoor shower.

Several golf courses nearby (Surfisde Shores is adjacent to Kiva Dunes Golf Course). Fort Morgan area is close to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, but away from the congested roads and beaches; easily accessible to amusement parks, entertainment, and numerous restaurants. Close to historic Fort Morgan, quick ferry ride to Dauphin Island. While there, visit Fort Gaines and Sea Lab. From Dauphin Island, you are 40 minutes from Mobile.

Winter (Nov through Feb): $1200 monthly
Spring (March, April): $1200 weekly
Summer (May through Labor Day): $1200 (special )
Fall (Sept, Oct): $1000/week

Rates include all charges except $500 Deposit, refundable except for $110 cleaning fee. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for a pet. Only one small non-shedding dog allowed. No cats allowed. Weekly rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Check in 3 pm, check out 11 AM.
