Efficiency Condo Rental in Atlantic Beach

Oceanfront complex with a private beach! This condo unit is an efficiency/studio with one bath. The unit sleeps a maximum of four, with one full-sized bed and a futon couch/bed. The unit faces the parking lot, but the complex is directly on a private beach and is a quiet, family oriented environment. The complex also has a salt water pool/kiddie pool, two oceanfront gazebos, outdoor grilling available and on-site laundry facilities provided.  Excellent fishing!!!

This unit rents from Sat to Sat during the in-season. This is NOT a daily rental and notification of rental greater than 2 weeks is required. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are Allowed.  A minimum rental age of 25 is requried.

Air conditioning, full-size bed, cable tv, DVD, VCR, pool, full kitchen, cooking utensils provided, refrigerator, stove, microwave, outdoor grill, oceanfront gazebo

Kayaking, waterskiing, shelling, surfing, wildlife viewing, sailing, parasailing, swimming, windsurfing, fishing, boating, jet skiing, biking, cinemas/movie theaters, miniature golf, theme park, horseback riding, horseshoes, museums, shopping and restaurants

In-season rental (April-October): Saturday to Saturday

• $550/week plus tax

• $150 deposit  ($100 is refundable)

      Total = $740.50 minus $100 refundable deposit = $640.50

$150.00 security deposit - to hold reservation

$590.50 due three weeks prior to rental

Off-season rental (November-March):

• $550/month plus tax
