We are located on the quiet part of the lake(public side)and great house for children. Over an acre of land surround the house, so there is plenty of space to run around.

Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00.

NO PETS/NO SMOKING

High season rates: May 1 - September 30... $1600.00/week.

Memorial Day Weekend: Friday check in 12:00-Monday check out 11:00... $1100.00

Mid season rates: April & October... $1200/week & $600/weekend.

Off season rates: November 1 - March 31... $1000/week & $500/weekend.

Thanksgiving and Christmas: Please inquire.

All rentals require $100 cleaning fee.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the
Rental rate, plus a $300 security deposit. The balance is due 30
Days prior to check-in.

A $300.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. Once
property is inspected for damages and key is returned the deposit
will be returned within 30 days.
