Our Observation Point North unit 463 is the premier location to savor your own special taste of paradise within the magical Sandestin Beach Resort. Walk out the front door into the heart of quaint Baytowne Wharf (cobbled streets for pedestrians only)with stunning boutiques and lively shops and 19 incredible restaurants, with both casual and upscale dining. Several of the restaurants will deliver or cater a special event in your condo.

Your evenings will be filled with free concerts and movies just steps away on the lawn of the events plaza, music and dancing in the clubs or a moonlit stroll on the pier to see the Marina.

Your vacation includes access to a seperate private area on the sparkling sugar white sands of our beach. Without leaving the Key West style building you can enjoy a lazy day by taking the elevator to the 3rd floor level to enjoy our rooftop outdoor garden area complete with a magnificent swimming pool, seperate children's pool, hot tub and Barbecue. For the more energetic the well equipped gym overlooks this area.
