- 1640 sq ft one story bungalow with lots of decks and a screened in porch off one bedroom,also deck entry. All rooms but one have a view of the lake! Swim out to the offshore swimming platform, 3 dedicated bedrooms,one with ensuite plus a sleeping loft for 2 kids overlooking the living room . Large lot 66x200. Washer Dryer, stove two fridges, one for you know what! Room for RV parking or use. Check with us if this adds people to the site. This beautiful location also comprises a health spa, complete with hot tub/infra red sauna, and other services. The Spa comprises about 448 sq ft inside the house and it's use is not compulsory, but you are welcome to check it out. Prices are extra. Photos available on request.

- One of the nicest beaches on the lake. Check it out on google earth! Just input the address 5182 Pierre's Point Road, and you will see it all. No cutting grass in the front yard here, just step off the deck and you are on the sand! Beautiful views of Bastion Mountain across the lake, and Salmon Arm which is about 10 km south on TCH #1. Close to shopping! Boating! Shuswap Lake has over 1000 km of shoreline with many off the beaten path shelters, coves, and campgrounds. Walk the beach and look for agates (hardest natural material next to diamonds. Check out Shuswap Lake on Google Earth! Lay in the sun, or when it cools off, have fun with with beach toys, such as horseshoe pitch, volleyball, and badminton. Have a fire on the beach at night. Bring a guitar, if not we may be able to play one for you!

3 nearby golf courses, and 50 more within an hour in Kamloops, Vernon, Armstrong, Enderby, and Kelowna. If you feel the need to get away somewhere really remote for a day, boat rentals and other water toys available at two nearby campgrounds. Take a boat ride to Seymour Arm, an 1890s "gold mining" boom town, and stay overnight at the old hotel. The really cool Pub and restaurant are on the beach! On the way there and back, don't forget to drop in on the Floating restaurant/stores located at the Narrows! Gas up, and have a beer and burger while sitting at the crossroads of the lake. Remote beaches, 20 campgrounds with water access . Hike to the top of Bastion Mountain, or Mount Ida! You can drive most of the way! great views of the "Salmon Arm" of the Lake. Hiking to nearby water falls is a must. Beautiful Margaret Falls, Syphon Creek Falls, and Albas Falls up lake , gives you a chance to explore the area. Lots to do at the Armstrong Annual Fair, and Salmon Arm Roots and Blues Music festival to name a few neat spots. History at Craigalachie where the "Last spike" of the CPR was driven is less than an hour away. Talk to Dennis at the Copper Island Dive shop in Salmon Arm. and he will line you up to go diving! White water rafting, is available on the Adams and Thompson Rivers, and don't forget the world famous Adams River sockeye salmon run. For winter fun we are located between Sun Peaks near Kamloops, and,and Silver Star near Vernon, and 2 hours away from Big White near Kelowna. Enjoy a winter vacation before or after the Winter Olympics in Vancouver! Remote yet near town, Ask for winter photos of the property.

July 1st to mid July $1500.00 per week
Mid July to mid August $2000.00 per week.
Mid August to September 1 $1500.00 per week.
Fall rates $1200.00 per week
Additional adults/ teenagers $200.00 per week (negotiable)
Additional children unsder 12 $100.00 week negotiable)
Winter rates $1000.00 per week except for Christmas $1200.00 and during and around the Olympics $ 1500.00.
Maximum of 6 persons allowed and only for short periods as septic field is designed for four persons.
All dogs must be on a leash, small dogs free.
