This is a Boaters Paradise! Located on the North side of town, just 5 minutes to Windsor Launch Ramp. Our home is a newer 3 bedroom/2 bath with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It sits on a nice quiet street with minimal traffic.

We take pride in our home, it's very well taken care of and CLEAN. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing vacation then this is the place. Our home is tastefully decorated and has an at home feel to it. There are always complimentary drinks in the fridge and coffee in the freezer.

Our home is set up to offer all the conveniences of home at a great price! It can easily accomadate 2 families. Boat parking is very simple and safe/off the street and well lit with security lights. We recently added a huge covered patio in the back yard which is perfect for BBQ'ing and enjoying the sunset.

If you're an off-road enthusiast, there's great riding within a mile or so from our house.
