This is a Boaters Paradise! Located on the North side of town, just 5 minutes to Windsor Launch Ramp. Our home is a newer 3 bedroom/2 bath with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It sits on a nice quiet street with minimal traffic.

We take pride in our home, it's very well taken care of and CLEAN. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing vacation then this is the place! Our home is tastefully decorated and has an "at home" feel to it. There are always complimentary drinks in the fridge and coffee in the freezer.

Our home is set up to offer all the conveniences of home at a great price! It can easily accomadate 2 families. Boat parking is very simple and safe/off the street and well lit with security lights. There is a 28 foot deep 2 car wide garage with a 7 foot tall door available for vehicles and indoor boat parking.  We recently added a huge covered patio in the back yard (over 800 sq. ft.) which is perfect for BBQ'ing and enjoying the sunset.

Just 5 minutes away from "The Shops" Lake Havasu's new outdoor mall. Close to all the best restaurants in town too. If you're an off-road enthusiast, there's great riding within a mile or so from our house.

Nightly Rates --- $135 per night

Holiday Rates --- $175 per night 3 Night Minimum  (full payment due at time  of reservation)  Holidays include Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Desert Storm Poker Run

Weekly Rates --- $805 for 7 nights $115 per night

Monthly Rate ---  $1,200 Winter Snow Bird Rate/ $2,000 per month non-snowbird rate

Security Deposit --- $250 Refundable Security Deposit Due at time of Reservation

Cleaning Service Fee --- $100 fee required for maid service to clean the house

Cancellation Policy --- More than 21 days notice - FULL REFUND

                               --- 14-21 days notice - A $250 cancellation fee will be charged

                               --- Less than 14 days- Total nightly rental charges will be forfeited                     ( Cleaning fee and deposit will be refunded )
