Standard rates (May 1 to September 30), $ 175.00 per night. Quiest Season rates (October 1 to April 30), except Holidays, $ 125.00 per night. Two (2) night minimum, reservation deposit of $ 250.00 required.  There will be a $ 35.00 non-refundable cleaning fee that comes out of the deposit before being returned.  Call for monthly rentals rates!
