This San Diego vacation rental is truly bay front living at its finest. Located in the most quiet and scenic region of Mission Bay this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is spacious, clean, and comfortable with private parking for two cars. Featuring an open concept living space and floor to ceiling windows, breathtaking bay views in the day and lights dancing on the water at night are yours. A large private patio on the bay front is perfect for BBQ’s and watching the kids play in the sand or simply sipping wine and people watching on the boardwalk.

We have done our best to outfit the rental with everything you need. If you want to stay in you can watch a movie, BBQ, or cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen.  Linens are included, as are some toys and games for both kids and adults. If you want to go out we have sand toys, folding chairs, coolers, and beach towels available for a day at the beach.

Location, location, location… in addition to being on the bay and blocks from the beach you will also be steps away from great restaurants, gift stores, coffee shops, markets, and businesses that rent bikes, skates, surf equipment, and watercraft. Sea World, Mission Executive Golf Course, and Belmont Amusement Park are all nearby. Pacific Beach and La Jolla are minutes up the coast and offer shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. The airport, Balboa Park, and Gaslamp Quarter are only 15 minutes away.

A stone’s throw from Santa Clara Point means you have access to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, Mission Bay Sports Center, and the Santa Clara Recreation Center. This puts summer camps for kids, water craft lessons and rentals, a playground, tennis and basketball courts, and a gym outside your front door.

With so much to do, we pride ourselves on being a family friendly rental, but we are just as perfect for lover’s escape.

Our bay front paradise occupies the entire ground floor and half the second of a two unit condominium. The patio is exclusive to our clients while the balcony pictured the first image, is not included. With bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor, the home is not wheelchair assessable and may not be suitable for those requiring assistance navigating stairs.

This is a private home which is made available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. It is not a party house. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS
