This beautifully decorated two-level, two bedroom villa w/stucco exterior has two full baths, one half bath, and a large patio with gas grill.
Main level: Kitchen has oak cabinetry, refrigerator w/ice maker and filtered water, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully equipped. Dining room seats 4 comfortably with pass-through to kitchen. Living room has entertainment center with cable TV/DVD player. Separate indoor laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. One and a half car (car and golf cart) garage.
Upper level: Master bedroom has King size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and master bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has queen size bed and walk-out balcony overlooking the patio facing Spanish Springs. Loft area has desk w/ high-speed internet service.
This villa is literally a stone's throw from the town square! An easy walk or a short ride in the cart will have you dancing and dining in seconds.
2008 EZ-Go gas powered golf cart fully outfitted for The Villages driving is available.
