This lovely condo sits right on the beach. You can enjoy the sunrise
while having coffee on the private deck. If you don't want to go outside
simply open the blinds and enjoy the view from the living area. No
matter what the weather, the ocean comes to you.
It is a great escape for the off season months since it is next to
Rehoboth beach. Most of the restaurants in Rehoboth are open year
round as well as the hundreds of shopping outlets on Route 1 for those
that enjoy shopping.

Equipped kitchen, LR, breakfast bar, Master BR w/ queen size bed and
1/2 bath, 2nd BDRM w/ double bed & single bed. TV's in every BDRM &
LR. VCR/DVD, internet cable, one parking space, whole house air,
hardwood floors throughout. Jacuzzi bath/shower. Porch overlooking
the ocean.

Swimming, ocean kayaking, boating & jet skiing on the bay only 2
blocks away. Hiking in Henlopen State Park, a ferry ride to Cape May,
N.J. 1/2 hour to Ocean City, MD. and Assateaque National Park.
Shopping galore. 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach - boardwalk and fine dining.
