Villa neighborhood is maintained exceptionally well by daily groomers! Pooled is cleaned and maintained daily, as well as the outside hot tub. There is a restaruant on the grounds - only a short walk from your villa to enjoy inside or outside dining on the waterfront.
As you enter the Villa through the front door, you will immediately be impressed with the granite tile throughout! Just to your left is your full service kitchen with an open "window" facing the dining room table area. Beyond the dining room is a very spacious living room with two leather couches and a leather chair. There is a coffed table, stereo and television to complete your experience. As you are leaving the living room, you will pass through a giant sliding glass door exposing you to the mavelous water views. Once out, you will be enjoying the covered porch with table and chairs while overlooking the waterfront and soft breeze - not to mention the quiet atmosphere of the entire gate community.
When heading to the second floor, you will notice the granite steps that lead to yet another sitting room. There are two bedrooms on the left side featuring two (2) queen sized beds in each, full bath with skylights in each and air conditioned. The master bedroom is on the right so as to face the waterfront. Here you will experience first class living with a king sized bed, full bath, sitting area with couch, and a deck through the sliding glass doors. The deck has a sitting area plus a private hot tub for beautiful moon filled nights on the waterfront.
This gated community offers the ultimate vacation. There are excellent beaches, shopping, fishing, hunting and watersports within minutes! You can head out and do all that you want and return to relax.
