This 3 BR, 2 BA recently renovated home is ready to host you and your non-smoking family for a month at a time. This lovely home is a short walking distance to the bay, parks, shopping, the ferry landing - Coronado is your oyster! Your pet is welcome on a case-by-case basis. Home sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a twin. There is a wonderful grassy backyard for playing and a place to store your bikes and boogie boards for those days at the beach. A cozy den will greet you too, along with TV and internet access. All appliances are available, including washer and dryer.

Enjoy all that Coronado and San Diego have to offer. Bike, golf, tennis, surf, boogie board, walk, run, swim, skateboard park, kayaking, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, hiking, the possibilities for outdoor fun are endless!
Stay in town and enjoy the historic Hotel Del shops and fine dining, or enjoy the theater at Lamb's Player Theater or the Coronado Playhouse. Kick back and enjoy Sunday afternoons with "Concerts in the Park" or check out local art with "Art in the Park". Coronado boasts a wide variety of specialty shops and dining experiences at the Village and the Ferry Boat landing. Just in case that was not enough our beautiful recreation center offers two pools, basketball courts, a fitness room, and many kids camps and activities that are available to anyone.
A quick drive over the famous Coronado Bridge or a Ferry boat ride will take you right to San Diego where you can enjoy the Gas Lamp District, World famous Zoo, Balboa Park, museums, Historic Old Town, Sea World, Lego Land, Petco Park, and the USS Midway. So much to do it will be hard to choose!

Price is seasonal. Range is from $4000 to $8,000 depending on the month and the lenght of stay. Reservastion fee is required. 50% reservation fee is required to hold the unit.  Rent due 60 days prior to start of rental agreement.  $150.00 non refundable cleaning fee.  Housekeeping available.
