This home is ready to welcome you for your summer time fun!  It is located on a quiet street near the the San Diego Bay, Ferry Boat Landing, and Glorietta Bay Park, walking distance to shopping and dining.  The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a twin. Kitchen has been updated with Bosch dishwasher and Décor stove.  Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis. There is a wonderful grassy backyard for relaxing and enjoying the sun, with plenty of room for friendly 4 legged friends to roam.  There is room to store your bikes and/or boogie boards for those days at the beach in the garage.   All appliances are available, including washer and dryer.

Kick back and enjoy Sunday afternoons with "Concerts in the Park" or check out local art with "Art in the Park". Coronado boasts a wide variety of specialty shops and dining experiences at the Village and the Ferry Boat landing.
• Just in case that was not enough our beautiful recreation center offers two pools, basketball courts, a fitness room, and many kids camps and activities that are available to anyone.

Rental rate ranges between $4,000 to $8000 per month depending on the months and the length of stay.
