The guest bedroom also has a walk-in closet and two full-size beds. There is a second bathroom, both are equipped with large marble showers. Sliding doors in both the master bedroom and living room opens on to the unit's patio/yard area with it's own outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, overlooking beautiful Eagle Beach. Enjoy splendid sunsets from your condo's patio. The large furnished living room includes a queen size sofa bed and a flat screen TV. All TV's have cable. The kitchen is modern with granite counter top, dishwasher and fully equipped with cookware and all dinnerware. There is full size washer and dryer. One parking space on premise belongs to the unit.

The unit is a part of Oceania Resort Residences which is located at the foot of marvelous Eagle Beach. The condo complex offers a deluxe pool, with a children's pool, pool lounge chairs, a children's play room, two tennis courts, a fitness center, a sauna, and a business center.
