This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home welcomes up to 12 guests at a time. Perfect for a family vacation or a business retreat, the home is very spacious indoors and out. When you enter the home, a sweeping staircase in the foyer and a formal dining room to the left greets you. The kitchen, with beautiful and unique blue granite countertops, gas-cooking range and over, and fine cherry wood cabinetry is stocked with all you will need to make up a fun vacation meal or prepare a sit-down gourmet delight. Breakfast table in the kitchen to seat four, with ocean views and a slider leading to the deck. The living room has a bank of windows to capture the views West and North and you'll enjoy the ocean blue, as well as surf, sand and the awesome sight of Cascade Head, with 46" LED HD TV, Cable, WI-FI,

Expansive decking for outdoor entertaining or a quiet spot to enjoy the views or perhaps sit quietly in the sun. Laundry room and half-bath are down stairs. Ever thought you dislike doing laundry? You won't, not in this laundry room! Upstairs three guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The master suite has a king size bed with the headboard being the views of the ocean to the west! A hot tub is off the master suite as well as a separate private deck with views. The master bath is spacious and boasts a large Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and separate water closest. Guest bath in the hall is very versatile with the vanity in the main room, private shower room, and private water closet, allowing multiple people to use the space at one time.
