It is the ideal home for entertainment and outdoor activities: Its oversized tiki hut with BBQ gas grill hosts room for any large party, and the pool with built in jaccuzi make you never want to leave the water. It features a boat lift and a separate jetski lift, and up to 3 jet skis are available for rent (please inquire). Lots of outdoor chairs, a 85*heated oversized pool and 104* hot tub make this the ultimate vacation destination.
The interior features a large 72'plasma built in TV with integrated speakers throughout the ceiling, and the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a long bar with granite countertop will challenge most restaurants! The custom details such as faux painted walls, marble bathrooms, wood floors, plantation shutters and upscale light effects make this home a true jewel appreciated by design connaisseurs. The large master suite features a king size bed, a plasma TV, a marble bath and large his & her walk in closets. It has direct access to the pool deck through its ceiling size sliding glass doors. The other 3 bedrooms feature queen size beds, and a crib for children. There are a total of 3 full baths and one guest bath. The home comes with a laundry room, a home office and a double garage.

Living on unrestricted wayterways allows you direct access to the intracoastal, and Hillsboro inlet puts the Atlantic ocean within 5 minutes of boating reach. Jet ski rental is available from a platform that sinks into the water via hydraulic lift, as well as a boatlift strong enough to pull your 40'boat if u choose to bring one. The private pool and jaccuzzi along with its TIKI hut make this home an outdoor spectacle!
Famous MIZNER Park with its restaurants, boutiques and bars is only a short distance away, and the ocean and beaches are also only a short drive away. The Pompano Beach golf course, Lighthouse Point Yacht Club and the movie theatre are close by, as well as grocery stores and the Pompano CITI centre. Only one turn required and I-95 is in direct proximity of 3 miles due West.

We do require a valid credit card for the security deposit (we do NOT charge the card unless there is a problem that remains unresolved past your departure) or hold a $500 cash deposit that is fully refundable. To date we have had no incident were a security deposit was used - please help keep it that way!
