Very comfortable and charming two story 2 bedroom condo within the Maywood Estates Condominium complex and is named for it's serene atmosphere. This corner unit is ideal for couples and small families. Enjoy being close to the pool and pavilion. Most of your time will be spent on the screened in porch or swimming in water right off the seawall edge. Perfect swimming access for small children!

This corner condo unit is right next to the pool and just steps away from the water's edge. The upstairs condo entry is flanked by two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is supplied with a queens size bed and a private bath with a shower tub. The master bedroom is lakeside with it king size bed, private shower bath and balcony that overlooks the lake. There are TVs in each bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a laundry closet (washer and dryer units) along with the entry and stairs down to the living space of the condo. Downstairs is the living space of the condo with an open floor plan living space (with a full size sofa sleeper), dining area for 4 (with 2 extra bar stool for extra guests), kitchen and 1/2 bath.

Just off the lower level living area is a slider that accesses the lake view screened in porch. Now this is where you'll spend most of your time (when you're not swimming, boating or shopping). The breeze flows freely through this mature landscaped and often shaded complex. The grassy yards are well maintained making any outdoor living activity enjoyable. Guest will enjoy kicking back on the seasonal patio set with a table and chairs for 4. Guests will certainly enjoy everything the condominimum has to offer which includes a wonderful pool, tennis courts, dock, lake side gliders, easy water access within a quiet cove, swim platform and community docks. This property does have access to a boat slip and lift (boat length limited to 22'.)

The wonderful 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, cable TV (even in each bedroom), DVD, VCR, fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash service, open parking, and laundry room.

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

You are close to everything at the Lake by staying at this condo. You are 1/2 mile from the beautiful Season Ridge Golf Course. Just down the road from many of the Lake's most popular restaurants (Horney Toad, Blue Heron,etc) and all the Lake's favorite attractions. You are just minutes from the Bagnell Dam area and have an easy drive to both the Premium Outlet Mall and Big Surf Water Park. Feel like taking a drive? A leisurely drive to the "quieter side" of the Lake is attainable in about 30 minutes.

Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$80.00/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$148.80/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$160/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $25 per night.

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $100 and Processing Fee - $30.  2 Hour Early Arrival/Late Departure Fee - $75.

This property has a $300 refundable damage deposit.
