Beautiful Oceanside Ca. furnished studio apartment with a queen bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom, and sleeps 2 people. Decorated in a darling cottage style and very charming. We provide towels and chairs for the beach, linens, beach toys, beach level private bath, storage, laundry, and a hose to rinse the sand before you enter the building. Our building is right on the sand in Oceanside Ca. as they say with only a 1-way frontage road that separates our building and the beach. We are 4 blocks from downtown Oceanside. You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, sushi, steak houses, Movie Theater, and a farmers market on Thursdays. We are also just 2 blocks from the pier for a walk to Ruby's for a ice cream shake. SoCal surf camp is just to the right of our building in the summer, the life guard station is close, a beautiful grass park is one building over, or you could walk to the Amtrak station for a day trip to San Diego or visit Old Town, Coronado Island, Sea World, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, Balboa Park or the San Diego Zoo. You could also take the train for a day trip north and head for Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm or just relax in your Oceanside apartment with your coffee on the beach.

Ocean Front Cottage studio, over 450 sq. feet with a queen Murphy bed and darling sitting area, CABLE/TV/DVD, wireless internet and private bath, private entrance, beautifully decorated, with a kitchenette, microwave, coffee pot, mini refrigerator, toaster oven, living room, bistro table for 2, private beach level bath, washer/dryer, storage for your water toys and a private hose to rinse outside.

Cottage Tea room is $89.00 per night in the winter, and $99.00-$109 per night in the summer, + 11.5% tax, $110.00 cleaning fee + $20.00 processing fee and a $300 refundable security deposit for a week.
