Our condo has all of the comforts of home as it is our home away from home. We purchased this unit in the summer of 2008 and have had it completely repainted. We have replaced all linens and kitchen housewares for a fresh new start. It is located in the heart of Frigate Bay only 15 minutes from the airport and the island's major city of Basseterre and grocery shopping (IGA). Close to at least a dozen restaurants, across the street from the Royal St. Kitts golf course and next door to the Mariott Hotel which houses the island's largest casino. Taxi stand very close by for easy access to anywhere on the island. The condo is on the Atlantic side but one can walk to the Caribbean side for calmer waters to play and rest in just 20 minutes. In the fall/winter/spring of 2008/2009, Skyservice flew directly from Toronto, Canada, on Saturdays and it appears that it is doing so again this winter season. Also accessible via Miami, San Juan, Antigua and Charlotte among other routes with various other airlines. Pets are not allowed by condo by-laws. This is a NO Smoking unit.
