and very spacious condo.  This amazing space now mirrors the fine 
details that you will find in our home next door, Casa Hortencias 
listing #156.  Each of these properties will sleep up to 6 guests so 
rent them seperately or combine them to accomodate your larger group. 
 
Welcome to "Casa de la Esperanza", your beautiful vacation home away 
from home. 
This condo is situated on the hillside overlooking the ocean and city 
of Puerto Vallarta, yet is just a 8-10 minute walk to 
clubs,restaurants, Los Muertos beach and all the action. The view 
from the 3 balconies is simply breathtaking and gets only more 
wonderful at night! The interiors are beautiful andthe amenities 
luxurious. 

This condo takes advantage of the fabulous view by having 3 large 
sliding glass doors. When you open them all up, you have a wonderful 
feeling of living outdoors. Come and enjoy the refreshing breeze from 
the ocean. 

The complex is fairly new, quiet, well maintained, just 10 units and 
very intimate. The condo takes up one whole floor and is very 
spacious (2,108 sq. ft.)   The master bedroom has a king bed 
and the second bedroom a queen bed. The new third bedroom sits above 
the city with a great view of the city light. The kitchen is very 
large, fully equipped and has every convenience of home. 

There is a TV, radio (CD) and of course a VCR. The condo is very 
light, bright and airy. Around the pool is a sun tanning area with 
chairs and a wonderful view as well! There is also private parking if 
you choose to rent a car. Come to paradise and make this your best 
vacation ever!  

This property has now become very popular just like our first 
home, Casa Hortencias, just next door. 
   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone (local calls only), TV, VCR, full kitchen, side-by-side 
refrigerator, large 5 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster 
oven, water filter, waste disposal, blender, coffee maker.

All cooking utensils and linens are provided. There is also a full 
size washer and dryer and a Pool (shared). No smoking inside the 
condo, please.

in English), Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing,
