Vacation Rental Description

NewPark Resort is a new townhouse community nestled along the  
Swaner Wildlife Preserve in beautiful Park City, UT. Located just a  
short walk from the cafes and shops at Redstone and with spectacular  
views of the Canyons Ski Resort, Park City Mountain Ski Resort and  
Utah Olypmic Park you will find this luxurious condo convenietly  
located. This beautiful townhouse is less than 2 years old and  
features a Master Bedroom, a second bedroom w/ twin beds, 3 Full  
Baths, and a den/loft area with a day bed, a large open living room  
with sleeper/sofa, and a gourmet kitchen. This floor plan  
accomodates up to 8 people.  
 
The townhouse features an open air family/living room with floor to  
ceiling windows framing unobstructed views of Deer Valley and the  
Park City Mountain Resort and borders the 1,100 acre Swaner Nature  
Preserve.  
 
Designed by the award winning Architectural firm of CGY Architects,  
the residences incorporate exposed steel,wood and metal siding  
characteristic of the historic mining structures that once dotted  
the landscape of Old Town Park City.  
   
The townhouse offers spectacular ammenities. The private deck with  
jacuzzi hot tub offers a relaxing soak and time to reflect on a  
perfect day on the ski slopes. Enjoy the picturesque views,three  
flat screen LCD televisions, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel  
appliances & granite countertops - everything to make your stay as  
perfect as possible. 
  Upstairs the master bedroom features vaulted ceilings,  
glass shower and two sinks, and a private balcony with incredible  
mountain views through floor to ceiling windows. The second private  
bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own LCD TV. The loft  
area has a full size day bed.   
  This townhome is perfect for a quiet ski vacation and has all of  
the ambience for the perfect romantic get away- whether it be a cozy  
night indoors or if cooking is not for you walk on over to Redstone  
Towne Center and choose from a range of restaurants, cafes and other  
eateries.

immediately adjacent to this brand new Newpark townhouse are more  
than just the icing on the cake, they are complementary and central  
to the Park City lifestyle. Shopping, dining, grocery stores, movie  
theaters, nightclubs and bars are less than a 3 minute walk from the  
townhouse. Also the free shuttle bus that will whisk you to the ski  
resorts and main street in Park City’s Old Town is literally right  
outside your front door.  
 
At Newpark, the typical logistical vacation problems don't exist  
because of the immediate walking access to all town amenities,  
recreational amenities, and express bus service to local ski areas.
