This is not your average newport rental. It has many upgrade to include, huge 20x20 deck with furniture and gas grill, 2 baths. The kitchen has new cabinets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless appliances, marble flooring and two sinks. There are 4-5 bedrooms but not a ton of closet space, sorry. There are two off street parking spaces and street parking avaiable. It is in a quiet neighborhood and other houses are close by. This townhouse style unit has about 2000 square feet of living space and all the ammenities of home. It is kept very clean. Please call for more details.
