The Palms Retreat is a spacious beach home located on St. George
Island, approximately 80 miles southeast of Tallahassee, Florida and
approximately 15 miles from Apalachicola. The house is built in a
private and 24 hour guarded community, that has made
the preservation of the quality and beauty of this unique area a
priority.
The Palms Retreat is a spectacular vacation home providing your
family a fantastic view of the Gulf and easy access to the beautiful
and private beach.
Upstairs in the kitchen, living, dinning room, and two decks provide
a great place to enjoy a view of the gulf. The Bay side screened
porch, also on the upper level, provides a great place to enjoy any
evening while surrounded by tall pines and palm trees. Relax and
enjoy that cool Gulf breeze on the decks or porch. The large
kitchen is completely furnished with dishes, microwave, pans,
utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. Our house is
carefully maintained. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf while preparing your gourmet meal in the kitchen.
The upstairs has its own full bath and laundry area with washer and
dryer. The living room is equipped with cable TV/VCR, stereo, and comfortable furniture.
A second living area is downstairs and is
also equipped with a cable TV/VCR.
The downstairs has four large bedrooms (2 of which are masters), 2
baths, and the living area. Each bedroom has a queen
size bed. Two of bedrooms have cable TVs.
