It's a SURPRISE vacation in Phoenix

For responsible adults who enjoy nice vacation accommodations, this is the house for you.  The house is located in a beautiful, well groomed neighborhood.  The front door opens to a two story formal living room, dining/game table, and open stairway.  The kitchen, eating area and family room are in the back of the house.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, however, a fourth bedroom is on the lower floor for those not desiring using the stairs.  The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, night stand, and a full bath directly beside it.  There is also a utility room on the lower level with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed and lots of drawer storage, plus has a huge walk-in closet.  The master bathroom has double sinks and separate tub and shower.  A great mountain view can be seen from the master bedroom window.  From a side window in the master bedroom, one can view a picturesque field complete with horses.  Quite possibly, some mornings, a rooster can be heard.  A second bedroom upstairs has queen bed, dresser, night stand and walk-in closet.  The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There is still another large open room at the top of the stairs we refer to as the loft.  It is furnished with two low sitting chairs done in southwest fabric, foot stool, end table and lamp.  It makes for a good place to read, visit or take a nap.

Exit the sliding glass door from the kitchen to a covered patio with table and six chairs.

For those coming from colder states, there are rows of lemon trees in the area behind the house, full of lemons in season.

KC Royals and Texas Rangers Spring training stadium is 1.4 miles. Surprise fitness complex and library is within minutes. Shopping, grocery stores, Sam's Club, and restaurants are just minutes away.  There are numerous golf courses close by. Lake Pleasant is about a 30 minute drive, and a two hour scenic drive will take you to Payson, Arizona which has Zane Grey Museum and Tonto Natural Bridge.
