Now this is what vacationing at the Lake is all about. This wonderfully decorated and landscaped lake front property will make you forget about everything back home. This 3 bedroom property is very suitable for families and is perfect for fishing and relaxing in the hot tub during the sunsets.
Guests enter the home into a spacious and very welcoming entry. Al three bedrooms and one full shower bath. The kids will love the 3rd bedroom with 2 welcoming twin beds. Both the 2nd bedroom (queen size bed) and master bedroom (king size bed) overlook the lake, and balcony access, and TV's in each of these two rooms.
Downstairs is very comfortable Living Room (full size sofa sleeper) with a natural rock wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and working desk (perfect for dial-up internet access). Just off the Living room is a full bath with a shower tub and just off the kitchen is another 1/2 bath and laundry room. The dining area is perfect for 6 with extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is perfect for several cooks and everything downstairs overlooks the Lake.
You will certainly love the large lakefront patio with seating for up to 11 with three patio tables. And just off to the side of the patio is a 4 person hot tub under the shade trees. The hot tub and patio are wonderful for taking in the sunset views or watching the kids swim off the dock. everyone will love having access to the dock with its open slip (12X24 rents for $10 per day). The dock has a swim platform with tables and chairs. Guests are welcome to use the rowboat and paddle boat.
Parking is limited to 3 cars. Trailer parking and storage must occur at the marina where the boat is launched. There is not an adequate turn-around within this cul-de-sac.

This 1,650 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, hardwood flooring, basic satellite TVs (3), stereo, DVD, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator. Other features include open parking, and laundry room facilities. A covered boat slip (12 X 24) is available to rent for $10.00 per day. Sorry no trash service at this property.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This wonderful lake front property is 40-45 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.
