50% Deposit Required For Reservation and is Applied to Rental
Balance Must be Paid 60 Days Prior to Reservation Date and is Non-Refundable

$300 Security Deposit must be paid 24 hours of arrival (Refundable With No Damage To Home or contents within)

$150 cleaning fee and all applicable state taxes will be added to each booking
