This oversized luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom end unit includes a 42" HDTV and overlooks the ocean and the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The East side windows overlook the ocean.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 325 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 3, second floor (unit 325). It is an oversized end unit with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean from the balcony and side windows. We also manage the unit next door (unit 324) and unit 323 for families traveling together.

The oversized 400 square foot balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the 50" HDTV and of the golf views. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space.

One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computer.

Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, ac, heat. new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker/ blender/ washer & dryer/ linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
