The spacious and functional layout of this condo makes it perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. The large, bright sitting area opens directly to your own balcony with expansive views and beyond, perfect for al fresco dining.

Your western outlook is very private. Full sun, followed by lovely sunsets and constantly swaying palm trees will make fine companions during your stay. When the sun goes down, the flat-screen TV might catch your attention. Ball game, anyone?

The brand new TV and another in the master bedroom are amongst the unit’s many new technological updates. High-speed cable Internet is available for laptop users (work email is much improved when sent from a tropical balcony), as are newer laundry appliances and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

You’ll enjoy your time in the large living room, relaxing on the two plush couches or wide armchair. Cream carpeting underfoot is perfect for children stretching out with a coloring book or for your tired pets to take a lazy nap. Even with 10 guests this condo’s massive 1,910 sqft leave plenty of room to spare.

A gorgeous kitchen space has many tempting features: It’s fully stocked with all cookware and utensils, the coffee pot is provided, the large fridge and roomy cupboard hold all your favorite snacks and the wide granite counter tops invite lots of help from your trusty ‘sous chefs’. A brand new dining suite seats four around a rectangular, glass-topped table - but we suspect you’ll prefer to dine outside as the sky comes to life in sunset colors.

A bright and comfortable master bedroom features a king-sized bed, great storage, TV and DVD player, and carved wooden writing desk. Tucked under your lake-view window, you’ll never miss a minute of sunshine while keeping in touch with those at home. In addition to your luxury master suite and its Jacuzzi-style bath tub, you’ll love the private access via sliding door to the balcony just outside.

A queen bed in bedroom two is striped in ocean blues, dotted with sailboats. Cream walls and carpets add height and warmth, while a spacious dresser helps guests to fully move in and feel at home. Allowing the unit to accommodate 10 people, bedroom three sleeps 4 guests in a very flexible configuration: two extra-long twin beds and a set of bunk beds with a single on top and a double below. A great choice for a kids’ room!

Happy visitors here often include families of 3 generations. There’s plenty to keep every age group content - all at once. Fantastic facilities for all tastes include a fitness and recreation center, walking and jogging trails and a viewing tower near the beach for great panoramic views.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
