Graceful columns, 10 to 12 foot ceilings, french doors, waterford crystal lamps, Brazilian cherry flooring and custom murals abound throughout the home. Line up all your lovies along the ocean front deck - take silly group photos, watch the sunrise all together (yes really, there’s space for everyone) or - in winter - just hang out around the fire. (Each floor has a working fireplace).

In the kitchen, if you don’t swoon first at its size (‘humungous’, we believe, is the technical term), then its double convection ovens, wine cooler, 42 inch refrigerator, gas range, granite counters, and Italian tile will have you feeling faint: so many recipes, so little time. Eat six meals a day, if only to best enjoy your outside dining area on the pool deck. To ring the changes, why not start with happy hour on the 3rd-floor veranda? Get there by stairs? Maybe - but the elevator might be more fun.

One night’s sleep in 1 of the 2 master bedroom suites will surely count for a week’s rest anywhere else. It’s that relaxing, that comfortable, that gorgeous. Bedrooms and floors are sound-proofed, so you’ll only awake when good and ready. Beyond the 2 master suites, 5 other guest bedrooms include decadent en suite facilities. Kids have a downstairs play area/bedroom with a first floor game room with surround sound, billiards, and granite bar. Each bathroom is different, finished with marble, Kohler fixtures and other high-end touches. Guests can pick and choose their favorite.

A formal dining area for 10, a breakfast nook and a full service bar on the 1st floor & a wet bar on 3rd floor ensure round-the-clock feasting. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen with serving bar. The 2nd floor include a 55 foot x 10 foot deck facing the ocean. The 3rd floor includes a 55 foot x 8 foot ocean deck, cantilevered so as to not hinder the view off the 2nd floor.

Should you ever remember the real world, forgotten outside, wireless Internet is included. The home’s technological spoils are many and include HDTV's and theater surround sound throughout the mansion.
