Beautiful beachfront house where you can have a peaceful time. You
will never forget your vacations in this lovely house with 4 very
spacious bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, living and dinning room,
kitchen, covered parking for 2 cars, swimming pool. Casa Cocal Josefina
can accomodate comfortably a family with up to 8 people.
The house has 2 built in charcoal grills. One by the beachfront
terrace and pool and the second to the back of the house with it's
own small terrace.
Satellite TV with over 150 channels. CNN, ESPN, Fox Sports, Sony,
E!, Warner, TNT, Hallmark, etc...
Located only three kms east from Chicxulub, a small fisherman that
enjoys a very simple and laid-back real mexican lifestyle. You can
find there all basic services: internet, bakery, laundry, drugstore,
groceries and a small market. Public transportation that goes by
every 15-20 minutes and takes you to Chicxulub, Progreso or Merida.
Chicxulub was founded in 1872 and . The white sand beaches and clear
Gulf of Mexico waters make Chicxulub an ideal vacation destination.
Visitors come to Chicxulub to relax on the beach and enjoy nearby
Colonial Merida, the cultural capital of the Yucatan Peninsula.

miles (8 km) from Progreso, Yucatan. Chicxulub is highly recommended

sailing lessons as well as equipment rentals among with other
activities and you could also eat at a delicius
restaurant.
You can also do some fishing, snorkeling, Kayak, exotic
birdwatching, restaurants at Chixchulub Town with all the
services needed.
