 Main Level-Master Br. - king size bed.  Br 2 - 2 queens. Br 3 king, Br4  queen bed.

Lower level (accessed from outside)- Br 5 2 queens, Br 6 king. Comes with clean linens and towels.  (16 persons)

On Ocean, one block to mini golf, restautants, Broadway on the Beach, Movie theatre, Dunes Golf Course and Pine Lakes are each 5 minutes away. Great location close to downtown yet on the beach.

50% deposit at time of reservation, 

 balance due 30 days prior to check-in . Must be 24 years old to rent. NO student groups, no pets. No larger group events.

Cancellation Policy.    Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to stay

Cancellations within 30 days prior to stay  refunded if re-rented.

Check-out 11:00 later ok if no one is arriving
