Over 2,200 square feet make it great for family reunions; you have (five full bathrooms), (two bedrooms) plus (two suites with bedrooms and their own private living rooms).
Common living room on first floor. Attractively furnished with amenities including a beach pass to use during your stay. WiFi internet access. Three living rooms with TV in each (sofa bed or futon in two upstairs living room suites). Two game rooms complete with full sized pool table, air hockey, foosball. Nice stone patio with seating, table and grill. Off street parking for four automobiles. Quick, easy walk to beaches with snack bar and facilities: Veterans Beach on Lewis Bay next to Kennedy Memorial, Hyannis Yacht Club. Kalmus Beach 2/10 mile, great for swimming and renown for windsurfing. Harbor less than a mile away and all types of activity. Ferry, fishing boats, charter boats, artisan cottage, welcome center, free entertainment. Downtown is only next block up with numerous restaurants, shops and Kennedy Museum. A good way to spend the day. Close to Hyannisport, airport, transportation center, shopping golf, miniature golf, theaters. No smoking, not pets. Game room is not heated and may be closed from Oct thru April.

Nightly rates:  November 2009 - Mar 2010  $250/night; minimum 2 nights.

Add $750.00 security deposit to all rentals
