The Bamboo Parrot is perched on one of the best spots on the grounds with rare, great ocean and ponds views from the back lanai. Feel cool ocean breezes and be entertained by wild birds and the flock of parrots that stops by the palm trees nearly every day. This 2 level, 2 bath condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home for cooking plus a full washer/dryer and high speed internet modem. Newly renovated, the bedding will offer a queen on the main floor and a Cal King or 2 twins and futon bed in the 2nd floor loft where the 2nd bath is located. The Parrot has the view and relaxed feel you want at an affordable rate. A fully stocked grocery store FOODLAND is only 5 minutes away so you can save even more of your hard earned $$$ by eating in the condo.
