Inside the home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 King (1 with extra trundle bed) and a Queen, and 2 Baths. There are 4 TVs with Direct TV service and Movie channels, free US long distance, High speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen and high end furnishings, washer and dryer. We supply all linens, bath towels, beach towels, soaps at all sinks including dish soaps and laundry detergent. Come enjoy a wonderful Florida Keys adventure.

Rates are weekly from $2200 ( up to 4 people last minute <less then 3 weeks before arrival) to $6300 per week. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday except for last minute or extended stays.

Rates are weekly for (# of people) with $150 for each additional person.  Second rate is the Max payment for 10 people.  Single Rate periods are premium weeks and there is no small group discount given. Pool heat included.
