Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Wood burning fireplace, tile floors, HD large screen TV, pocket sliding doors to the balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy awesome views of the Gulf. It's quiet and peaceful, come enjoy your vacation, take a walk along the beach, sit on the deck and relax or read a book. Bring your boat & tie up at our dock on the intercoastal. Sleeps 7 comfortably with 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 bunk bed Futon. Please note this is a weekly rental only.

Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Beach toys/towels/chairs/ice chest. Books, games and movies when you need some down time. Kitchen is loaded (including seasonings) for the gourmet cook. Just bring your favorite foods. Lots of plush linens. Shampoe & soaps included.

Awesome! The pictures don't quite do it justice... it is just so lovely. We wanted a quiet, peaceful refuge and this fit the bill exactly! The condo was clean, very well furnished with beautiful furniture, upsale beds and linens, and featured every amenity you could want. We could feel the stress melting away the minute we stepped onto the balcony and saw the Gulf of Mexico ... beautiful beaches with abundant wildlife to soothe away your troubles. Tom and Shondra answered each question, every email in a quick, professional manner and were very accommodating wherever they could be. It's location is central to most of Florida's main tourist attractions, and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone at all that appreciates the consideration that the owner has given to make this feel like "your beach home". We plan on coming back as often as we possibly can. Thank you!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great place right on the beach and close to everyhting. Tom and Shondra provided all the amenities we could ask for and surprised us with a nice welcome basket that was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommended their home for a stay on the beach, very quiet and terrific sunsets! We hope to come back again very soon.

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car

We were very pleased with the unit. The amenities were the best I have ever seen, I didn't cook, however if I wanted to the unit was well equiped. From beach towels to laundry and dishwasher soap. Everything was thought of. The complex was small and the very peacefull. The complimentary basket was a nice touch. I would recommend this to anyone.
