Spectacular Ocean View Romantic Retreat & Celebrity Hideaway in Malibu

Newly available, luxury three bedroom retreat and romatic hideaway with its beautifully landscaped gardens for up to six adult guests with a minimum stay of one week. We are not available for events or for children under 16 years of age.

Our stunning fully furnished three-bedroom European Country Guest House is part of the large estate. There are outstanding panoramic ocean, city and mountain views from almost every window and is located in a peaceful setting nestled into the natural beauty of the Santa Monica mountains adjacent to the beaches of Malibu, California.

Situated behind stone pillars, and a wrought iron automated gate for privacy, this beautifully landscaped, highly styled, ultimate retreat waits to surpass the needs and wishes of the most discerning. The French Normandy style of this Guest House provides the perfect balance between elegance and comfortable causal living at its best. Every surface and designer touch reiterates the extraordinary quality and craftsmanship that decades of passion has yielded, resulting in true luxury class style. 

Saddle Peak Estate is situated on a California Scenic Road with panoramic views during both day and night that are truly spectacular. The estate grounds are elegantly landscaped, including a large lawn for a casual game of Croquet. Native to the area and often seen are deer, bobcat, coyotes, hawks, owls and at least 12 species of Hummingbirds. As we are located at an elevation of 2300 feet (700m), the vista includes the the Santa Monica Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, Cataliina Island and much of the cities of greater Los Angeles as if seen from an airplane. We have a small orchard and two Australian Cattle Dogs. Neighbors have vineyards, orchards and horses.

Our Guest House is available for up to six adult guests.
We are not set up for children under the age of 16.
With the one week rental, plus an extra deposit, you may have an event or reception of up to 20 adults.
Housekeeping service are provided once per week. Additional services may be available at extra cost.

Three bedrooms: sleeps maximum of 6 adults
The Peach Bedroom is a suite on first floor - 2 Single Beds, or 1 King Bed
The Rose Bedroom is on second floor - 1 Queen Bed
The Violet Bedroom is on second floor - 1 Queen Bed

All three full-sized bedrooms are situated to look over the grounds through large windows dressed with soft pastel Duo-Shades and elegant designer draperies. The three Bedrooms have ample closets, and the two Bathrooms are finished in the rich beauty of natural marbles and other fine details.

There are Two Bathrooms:
The Bathroom on first floor has toilet, walk-in bath with shower
The Bathroom on second floor has toilet, bath with shower
Plus, The Pool Bath includes an outdoor shower.

All Guest House bathrooms have Travertine marble floors and wall sections detailed with insets of Sea Green Slate.

The first-floor Bath includes a walk-in Kohler Precedence tub-shower and Kohler IV Georges fixtures in Vibrant Brushed Nickel.. Additionally, there is a separate laundry area that contains a Maytag Washer-Dryer set.

Our Estate's Guest House is an exclusive retreat and romatic hideaway for up to six adult guests. The vacation rental rate is $5750 for week & $20,700 for month.
