This newly renovated condo offers views of flower gardens and tennis from the back lanai. This 2 level, 2 bath condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home for cooking plus a full washer/dryer. Newly renovated, the bedding will offer a King on the main floor and a queen and full bed in the 2nd floor loft. Free, assigned parking in a secure, gated community with its own pools and tennis courts that also shares 4 miles of ocean access with the resort including a year-round safe main sandy beach and several small private beaches all but a 5 minute walk or a 30 second drive from your condo.

The Turtle Bay Resort is right out back and offers golf, horse back riding, surfing, snorkeling and several restaurants. They are happy to accept the money you will save staying in the Bamboo Parrot when you pay for their dining, golf or other offerings. The condos share the beaches and walking paths with the resort, too! A fully stocked grocery store FOODLAND is only 5 minutes away so you can save even more of your hard earned $$$ by eating in the condo. 

On site golf, tennis and all water and beach activities.   Surf and snorkle equipment available for rent at the resort, with some in the condo as well.  4 restaurants within walking distance along with a game room and Bay Club bar with games for all ages. Music, spa treatements, car rentals and even Luaus can all be enjoyed at the hotel by paying the resort.  Miles of marked walking paths and bike trails are also at your beckon call.   Shoreline fishing can be enjoyed as well.
