Enjoy beautiful views from our recently built nearly 4000sqft waterfront home with over 200ft of lake frontage and private dock. Located in "The Waters" on the private side of Lake Anna. Great lake views from almost every room. Large deck/screen-porch off the back of the house, and large private dock for boating/swimming/fishing. Community amenities include swimming pool, tennis courts and a boat launch.

Bed configurations:
Upstairs- 1 King, 2 Queens and a full-size crib
Downstairs- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 twin/full bunk
* Bed Linens provided (tenants responsible for bath linens and consumable supplies)

Waterfront features:
Large private dock with sunny/shaded areas, ceiling fan, boat tie-downs, and swim platform with ladder - Water depth off the dock is 8+ feet!
Pedal boat and swim floats provided for tenant use.
Fishing off the dock- bass, blue gill, carp, catfish
*Boat lifts not available for tenant use.

Non-Peak  ... $2100/week + 5% VA sales tax

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the rental rate,
plus a $750 damage deposit (refundable after inspection and key returned).
