Experience lakefront living on the private side of Lake Anna in our 3500+ sq ft home with 200+ ft of lake frontage. Great lake views from every room. Large deck/screen-porch off the back of the house, and private dock for boating/swimming/fishing. 

Large private dock has sunny/shaded areas, boat tie-downs, and swim platform with ladder. The 8+ ft water depth off the lake-side of the dock ensures plenty of water for boats. And the 1-6 ft depth between the dock and shore defines a nice swimming area. There's great fishing off the dock...bass, blue gill, carp, catfish.

Community amenities include swimming pool, tennis courts and a boat launch. 

Inside activities…full-size air hockey, foosball, PS2, movies, board games.

Upstairs- 1 BR w/ King (master), 2 BRs w/ Queens (shared bath)
Downstairs- 1 BR w/ King, 1 BR w/ Queen, bonus rm w/ twin/full bunk (shared bath for downstairs rooms)

We DO NOT allow pets or smoking inside our home...
100% absolutely no pets, no exceptions. It is a health issue for our family, and for many of our guests. Violation of our NO SMOKING/PET Policy will result in a forfeit of your entire rental fee and security deposit, and you will have to vacate the premises. We respect people’s interests in taking man’s best friend on vacation; and ask that you please respect our policy and find a home that does accept pets.

Upstairs- 1 King, 2 Queens and a full-size crib
Downstairs- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 twin/full bunk

Waterfront features:
Large private dock with sunny/shaded areas, ceiling fan, boat tie-downs, and swim platform with ladder - Water depth off the dock is 8+ feet!
Pedal boat and swim floats provided for tenant use.
Fishing off the dock- bass, blue gill, carp, catfish
*Boat lifts not available for tenant use.
