Affordable duplex, clean, quiet environnement in Playa del Carmen

The duplex is located in a middle class house development at 3 km of a public beach and 7 km of downtown. There is 2 bedrooms ( one double bed and 2 single bed). Each room has it bathroom. There is a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is full equipped with refrigarator, micro wave, gas oven coffee maker, toaster etc... There is two parking lot in front of the house and a backyard. There is one A/C in the living room alls rooms are equiped with ventilator. Linens , towels and beach towel are supplied.

There are not maid service, the house is cleaned ounce a week, the towels and linens are changed at that moment.

There is a shared swimming pools at 1000 feets from the house. Highway cancun-playa del carmen is 1 km of the house, Avenida Universidad tecnologica de la riviera maya is 2000 feets from the house. A taxi cost 50.00 to 69 Pesos, the bus cost 7 pesos.

You are living in Playa del carmen, you have access to all the activities in the city (golf, beach, shopping, sun)

The weekly rate is $350.00 and the monthly rate is $1,000.00. There is a $250.00 deposit to proceed with the reservation, this deposit will transform as dammage deposit during the stay. The deposit is returned at the en of your stay after an inspection of the house.
