Backyard: Very private backyard has a pool with reverse negative edge, hot tub, gourmet grill with rotisserie, speakers with volume control, 4-person dining table, cozy lounge seating for four.

Courtyard and side patios: Two different seating areas each with 4 comfy chairs - one with a fireplace and the other with fantastic views of Red Mountain, Camelback mountain and city lights.

Kitchen: Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and island, 48" fridge, fully stocked with every tool one would need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal.

Living room: Fireplace, two seating areas, 55" built-in TV, DVD, surround sound, dual-temperature Subzero wine fridge, board games, Wii.

Master bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, 65" HD TV, large walk-in fully tiled shower, oval bath tub, dual vanities. Speakers with volume control. Futon couch.
