We charge $100 per night during peek season (December - April) and $75 per night during off season. A required room tax of 11% and a one time $100 cleaning / inspection fee will be added to your balance. A 5 night minimum stay is required during peek season and a 2 night minimun stay during the off season. A $300 deposit is required to book, and the deposit is refunded after check out and inspection to determine there is no damage, and no "excessive" cleaning. Full payment is due 30 days prior to stay. NOTE: WE ARE PLANNING TO RENT THIS UNIT YEAR ROUND STARTING MAY 15, 2013. Therefore, we cannot take reservations past that time. If we cannot get a longterm renter, we will still do weekly rentals so please continue to check this website for 2014 bookings.
