Wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 story home with covered porch on the ground floor with hot tub and outdoor shower. The masterbed room has a king bed with walk in closet and TV. There is a guest room with a king bed on the second floor and a queen bed in one of the bedrooms on the third floor with twin beds on the third floor loft area. The second floor has a wrap around porch with views of the Atlantic Ocean on east side and the Intercoastal Waterway on west making for fabulous viewing of both sunrise and sunset.
Just steps from the back door are miles of beaches with great shelling, shark tooth hunting and fishing right from the shore. Go parasailing, surfing, sailing, pier fishing, party boat fishing or private charter fishing. Enjoy shopping, galleries with fabulous local art and funky boutiques.
Nightlife in St. Augustine is full of great resturants with fresh local seafood, fun bars with live entertainment and star light carriage rides.
