255' waterfront w/ sandy beach. Main house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, and has separate guest house(very modern mobile home) w/ 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Three kitchens total, two BBQ's, outdoor patios including beautiful outdoor kitchen. Outdoor kitchen has all stainless appliances, large rock dining table, and sitting area. Dock and swimming area is protected and safe. 5.5 acres of flat land south facing with lots of sun all day.

Everything provided, three complete kitchens, linens, BBQ's, Patio furniture, CD/DVD player. Master has a king bed and pull out sofa. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom in main house has bunk beds, double and single. The extra guest quarters has two sleeper sofas in the living room, a queen bed and two twin bunk beds.
