The guest house is 1400 square ft. and a two-story guesthouse on gated two acres of very private lushly landscaped property. The main house on the property is an historic monument with the city of Los Angeles owned by two architects. Guesthouse has satellite TV, wireless internet, full kitchen. The upper floor is one large room with a living/dining/kitchen area and separate area with a queen size bed. Off the main room is a sunroom with extra twin beds if needed. The lower floor has a study with a fold out couch (twin) and a full bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The upper floor has a wooden deck and lower floor a patio. Hiking trails throughout the property and at the park adjacent to the property.

$1100 per week to $1200 depending on season and number of people renting. 50% due upon booking. Remainder plus $500 refundable security deposit and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee due two weeks prior to arrival. One week minimum.
