This beautiful 2,000 square feet  apartment is in front of the beach. The apartment was completely, newly remodeled in 2008, with marble and wood floors, furniture, baths, laundry and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breathtaking view. The livingroom has a very big plasma. The masterbedroom has a king bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and a double in the other. The entire apartment is beautifully decorated.

The apartment is located in Condado, the major beach front hotel district, between The Old San Juan and Isla Verde.Ocean side strips here are lined with clothing boutiques,jewerly stores, surf shops, restaurants and gift shops. Many of the city's hotels are found here, surrounding the apartment. You can find famous brand names like Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo and many others. Two public beaches -Escambron, west of Condado,and Carolina in Isla Verde are now part of the prestigious, European-based Blue Flag environmental beach program. They and the long beach at Ocean Park (walking distance from the apartment)attract hordes of sea and sun bathers on weekends. If you prefer to be active: beach hopping, wall diving, surfing, kayaking and kite surfing are some of the activities that you can enjoy in the Condado area.

The extended San Juan metropolitan area has been dubbed "the capital of the Caribbean" for everything from its culinary diversity to its convention offerings. Shopping, dining and nightlife in the metro area are unsurpassed anywhere else in the Caribbean. There are also centuries of history and culture and timeless beaches just waiting to be experienced. With glitz and glamour and a hip urban style, San Juan sizzles at night. It doesn't get hotter than this anywere in the Caribbean. From salsa to Puerto Rico's own version of hip-hop, reggaeton, San Juan is on the cutting edge of music and dance. Classical and pop music fans will also find plenty to do. The apartment is $400 per night (3 night Minimum), $2,800 per week or $10,000 per month. All rentals require a $70 cleaning fee.
