$235 night, $1,270 week. - 2 night minimum stay on weekend, 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends, Open year round. 

Seasonal Discount $160 night, 3 night minimum stay is required. applied only for weekday (night of Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu), except holiday. Effective Term 9/15 thru. 12/15, 2/1 thru. 5/15.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed. (Children less than 6 years old are not figured in the number of occupancy) Additional sleeping gears and linen will not be available for exceeding number of person. An additional pet fee in the amount of $ 5 ea. pet per night. 

6% hotel/motel tax, 6% sales tax and 6% Alpine Lake usage fee are added to the above cost (total 18%)

Rental Payment: 50% due 30days, 50% due 7days before arrival.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received upon your reservation (a check or money order only, no credit card/PayPal). The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. Pets are permitted in rental units only with prior approval (NO CATS). $25 deposit per pet. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure after confirmation of provisions are met.
