Oceanfront, Five-Star Quality!
There are lots of condos in the area to choose from, but this first floor,
professionally decorated, bright and airy condo is the finest of the finest.
Owner occupied part of the year, it truly is a "home" you'll love. From the
quality furniture and fabrics to the lovely decor, you won't find a more
comfortable condo in the area.
The large Living Room/Dining Room area features cable TV (new flat screen)/DVD/Stereo System,
fireplace, and full dining room table. The well equipped Kitchen has every
kitchen gadget you would expect.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King, full bath and TV. The other
two bedrooms have two twins in each, both with new flat screen TVs. Plus, there is a crib, if you need it.
The spacious, beautifully appointed screened in, glassed in or wide open lanai
may be where you spend most of your time ... enjoying your morning coffee as
the sun rises or sipping cocktails in the evening as the sun glistens off the ocean.
And when you want to hit the beach, you have your own backdoor that takes you right
out to the beach. Plus, there is a sofa bed in the lanai.
Of course, also avaialable ... High speed DSL internet connection with wireless with printer,
washer/dryer, underground garage parking and all the
beach toys, chairs and towels needed for a comfortable vacation.
Set up for six, but can sleep up to eight with the sofa bed.
